Our Mission and Vision
Mission Statement:
At i-RISE USA, our mission is to provide International Teachers the opportunity to boost cultural intelligence, enhance global competence, and develop cross-cultural awareness which, we believe, will directly improve their ability to teach increasingly diverse student populations. We do this by equipping our teachers with cultural competency through comprehensive teacher orientation programs, cross-cultural training modules, and partnerships with experts in the field. We place emphasis on cultural immersion experiences, resource materials, and on-going Professional Developments and supports that foster global awareness, ensuring educators are well-prepared for diverse classroom environments.
Vision Statement:
At i-RISE USA, we envision a vibrant tapestry of International Teachers seamlessly weaving their knowledge and experiences across borders, transcending geographical boundaries to create a global community of teaching excellence. As a direct result, we see a world where every student has the opportunity to learn from dedicated and qualified teachers who ignite curiosity, instill a love for learning, and cultivate critical thinking skills. We aspire to be the bridge that brings together exceptional educators and educational institutions, contributing to the creation of a brighter and more enlightened future.
Our Services
At i-RISE USA, we pave the way for Educators to obtain US-based teaching opportunities through a J1-Visa Teacher Exchange Program. We do this by connecting educators with our partner k-12 educational institutions in the private and public sectors and providing staffing solutions that cater to their unique needs.
We also foster partnerships with J1-Visa Sponsor Organization and share similar vision - that is, "to enrich minds, advance global skills, build careers, and connect lives through international exchange".
