Our Story
The Heart of I-Rise USA. i-Rise USA was founded by three passionate educators — Vilma, Jun, and Claire — who shared a bold vision: to change the way teacher agencies support international educators.
With firsthand classroom experience, they understood that teaching abroad is about more than securing a visa and a contract. It’s about thriving in a new environment, growing professionally, and feeling supported every step of the way.
Unlike traditional agencies, I-Rise USA was built on a teacher-first philosophy. From pre-arrival preparation to housing support, onboarding, and cultural orientation, our team ensures that every educator feels ready and welcomed before they even step into a classroom.
We go further by offering professional development, mentoring, and community-building — services that many agencies overlook.
What began as three educators with a shared dream has become a movement to empower teachers, enrich school districts, and inspire students across the United States.
